Incorporated on March 29, 1985 in New Delhi, India. Initially ,the firm was Registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with the Reserve Bank of India. Currently, the company is well known as an infrastructure Finance Company. It is offering various financial products and services in the field of infrastructure development and construction focusing towards power, road, telecom, port, oil and gas etc. It facilitates to access long term funding resources. The shares of the firm are listed on the NSE, the BSE and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (‘CSE’). The GDR of the company are listed on the London Stock Exchange (‘LSE’). The company has developed QUIPPO, an infrastructure equipment rental company in India for the purpose to focus on verticals like Construction, Oil & Gas, and Energy and Sahaj e-Village for harnessing new age technologies and thereby creating an integrated rural network of Common Services Centres (CSCs), touching the lives of millions people across India.
The presence of the company is spread in pan India via a network of 99 offices. It is having a partnership with BNP Paribas Solutions to capitalize on the equipment financing business in India. The company operates its function in Russia and Germany as well.

It is a Non Convertible Debentures offered through this Draft Prospectus to be listed on the BSE and NSE Limited.
This NCD has been approved under the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities). The purpose of SREI NCD is to raise Rs. 200 crore.

Offerings
NCDs have tenure of 400 days. It’s coupon rates ranging from 9.25 to 9.50% per annum. All categories of investors can hold this NCD for a tenor of 5 years if he invests at a highest coupon rate i.e. 9.50%. Investors can hold for three years only if he invests at the coupon rate 9.25%.
