The Company was incorporated on September 29, 2009 located in Gujarat, India. It is basically a real estate company. It is offering residential and commercial properties including identification and acquisition of land, development of land, acquisition of development rights of projects, marketing of projects/land.

The Projects of the firm are primarily divided into two parts as follows:-

1) Residential Projects: The company works and sells townships, bungalows, resorts, club houses, and other residential projects.

2) Commercial Projects: The company offers various commercial assets like resorts, retail and hospitality projects.

Relatively, It is moving ahead to deliver its three diversified projects in West Bengal and Gujarat for the purpose to enhance its brand name and images. In West Bengal, the company focuses to construct bungalows with competitive prices mainly in the location of Sonarpur-Kolkata and Shantiniketan-Bolpur. While in Gujarat, it is working to sell plots of land and bungalows in the location of Nal Sarover. Jaisalmer-Rajasthan, and Sasan Gir-Gujarat are the two ongoing projects to get launched soon in the market. These two upcoming projects include ready to move Bunglows, Garden House and Garden Villa.
