The project included 5 towers containing total of 154 residential apartments of 2 and 3 BHK and 25 commercial shops, with a total built up area of 2,09,701 sq. ft. It carries all the construction activities by subcontracting the project work to third party contractors. The company has successfully delivered 129 residential flats and 21 commercial offices in its project i.e. “Shri Vishnudhara Cross Road”. The firm got good response for the booking further for 23 residential flats and 4 commercial flats from the Customers for “Shri, Vishnudhara Cross Road” project. Most of the group companies have offered it for carrying out construction work in its forthcoming projects, where the firm received a contract to construct a hotel and a club.
