The company has received an approval letter dated April 15, 2016 from NSE for using its name in this offer document for listing shares on the NSE SME Platform.

Company Profile:- The company was set up as on 11, December 2015 in Gujarat. Intial phase of the firm, it was only dealing the trading business of Grey cloth fabrics. Further, the company started the manufacturing/weaving of Grey denim, Grey shirting fabric and cotton grey fabric in October, 2013 due to which top line of the company has improved to Rs. 965.23 Lacs and Rs. 3183.66 Lacs in the FY 2014 and FY 2015 respectively.

Currently, company is having 42 Airjet automatic Looms having capacity to manufacture/weaving upto 688 meters grey denim/grey fabric/cotton grey fabric per day per 3 shifts Airjet automatic loom. Company operates at its average capacity of i.e. 7,00,000 meters per month.

The firm is also engaged to set up spinning unit with an installed capacity of 20064 spindles for which company has already purchased land admeasuring area of 15,935 sq. meters at village Timba, Daskroi, Ahmedabad.
