AVSL Industries Limited is coming out with an IPO to be listed on NSE SME exchange. The Date for opening of the issue is Sept 15, 2016 and will remain open till Sept 28, 2016 at a fixed price of Rs.36 per equity share. The face value for the remains at Rs. 10 per equity share. The company plan to issue 14.4 lacs equity shares making the issue size at 5.18 crores.

Company profile:

AVSL industries Limited was established as on August 08, 2003 in Delhi. The company manufactures raw material through its plant for power cable further to trade in the market. In 2009, the firm started to manufacture of PVC products of its Narela Delhi Plants. Later on, it commenced it another plant taking on lease from its associate concern for manufacturing of PVC products at Halol, Gujarat. These plants are processed to manufacture PVC Compound, HDPE/LDPE Compound, PVC Filler, and HDPE/LDPE Tape etc. as a raw material for HT/ LT Power Cables, Telecom Cables and PVC Pipes and Fittings. On the other hand, It is well settled in the business of export and import for agro commodities products. It exported majorly products like Rice, Wheat Flour, Pulses, Spices, Food Grains and Dry Fruits in the year 2015 from its office at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. Currently, it is shipping non-basmati rice and wheat flour to Madagascar. On the other hand, the firm imports various products like clove, clove stems, cow peas, black eyed beans, bamboo beans, moong beans, raw cashew nuts etc. from Madagascar from the same two parties to whom it is exporting. The company is focusing to expand its business in overseas market like Vietnam, Ivory Coast, Comoros and Turkey.

IPO details

The company has filed its draft prospectus to be listed on the NSE’s small and medium enterprises platform with markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It is planning to raise Rs. 5.18 crore through the Initial public offering.

Purpose of the issue:

To fulfill the requirements of working capital;
To meet the expenses of the Issue.
