  5. Investment Strategy: The fund manager will focus towards equity /equity related instruments of small cap companies as well a small portion in equity and equity related instruments of other than small cap companies for the investment. It will include and consider those small cap companies that are either constituents of Nifty Small cap 250 Index (Benchmark) or a company, whose market capitalization at the time of investment is lower than or equal to the highest market cap stock in the Nifty Small cap 250 Index. Initial public offering of small cap companies may also be adopted.
    Top-down and bottom-up approaches will be used for portfolio construction and the investment philosophy in view of better growth at reasonable prices. Competitive position, earnings growth, management quality, promoter track record, future plans, valuation corporate governance, sustainable cash flows etc. will be studied on regular basis. In addition to in-house research, external research such as newspapers, database, magazines etc may be used as an additional source of information.
  6. Dividend Policy of the scheme: Dividend declaration under the Dividend options will depend to the availability of distributable surplus and at the discretion of the AMC and Trustee Company. No returns is assured under the scheme. The name of the eligible unit holders for the dividend must be mentioned in the Register of Unit holder at the close of business hours on the Record date and for units held in demat form, the names appearing in the beneficial owners master with the Depository as on the record date. The NAV of the Unit holders in any of the Dividend Option will stand reduced by the amount of dividend declared.

Entry and Exit Load: Entry Load: Not Applicable                                                         Exit Load: (repurchase/switch-out/transfer/ SWP): 1% for exit within 12 months from the date of allotment. No load on exit after the aforementioned period.                Transaction Charges:-                                                                                                         a) For the new client a transaction charge of Rs 150/- shall be levied for purchase / subscription of Rs 10,000 and above; and                                                                           b) For the existing investor a transaction charge of Rs 100/- shall be levied for per purchase / subscription of Rs 10,000 and above.                                                               c) In Case of SIP the transaction charges shall be deducted only if the total commitment (i.e. amount per SIP installment x No. of installments) amounts to Rs. 10,000/- and above.
