Darshan Orna Limited is a Small and Medium Enterprises working as a wholesaler of Jewellery & Ornaments. It is incorporated on January 20,2011 at Ahmadabad. The company is also into trading business of silver and distributor of ready made gold & silver Jewellery & Ornaments. They are engaged to design Traditional, Modern, & Indo Western jewellery & ornaments in India. Its portfolio includes of 20% Traditional Jewellery, 40% of Modern Jewellery & 40% of Indo-Western Jewellery. Its gold & silver traditional jewelries & ornaments are either made with kundan, gem stones, American diamonds etc or just plain gold or silver.
The company sources its raw material from its suppliers. It is totally depended upon key suppliers for gold, silver and polished diamonds and any disruption in their supply could disrupt its business and adversely affect its financial results. Over the years, the company has built up a credible sales-force to market its jewelries in Ahmadabad.
The firm has registered a net profit of Rs 0.16 lakh on a turnover of Rs 80.25 lakh for Financial year 2013. Thereafter for Financial Year 2014 and Financial Year 2015 It has posted turnover and net profit of Rs 120.40 lakh / Rs 0.22 lakh and Rs 822.60 lakh / Rs 2.35 lakh, respectively. For nine months ended December 31, 2015, it has posted net profit of Rs 21.47 lakh on a turnover of Rs 1204.44 lakh.

The company has filed its draft prospectus to be listed on the BSE, SME platform with markets regulator Bombay Stock Exchange.
The aim of the company is to invest in upgrading its existing units to ensure quality products.
